Gratitude is a foundation of mindfulness practice. By practicing mindful awareness, we realize the importance of being grateful. This is true even when things aren’t going well. Perhaps, it’s especially true when life isn’t going the way we wish. But regardless of our situation – we can always be grateful for each moment of mindful awareness. Let’s all practice being grateful for the awareness that we have. The awareness that allows us to be fully present with our lives, breath-by-breath.

My hope is that this blog can support your practice by serving as a virtual mindfulness community. Please leave comments about your experience with gratitude – or anything about mindfulness.
